The visiting employee’s resort must be open and in full operation on the day of the visit.
The visiting employee must present:
- A letter of introduction from your resort on original letterhead, requesting reciprocal skiing/riding privileges. The letter must state the employee’s name, employment status (full- or part-time), and the date of the planned visit to Gunstock. The letter must be dated and signed with an original signature of a supervisor, manager or human resources representative. A separate letter is required for each day of skiing/riding.
- Photo ID (employee ID/Season Pass or driver’s license).
- Employees most recent pay stub as proof of current employment.
Visiting employees may not wear their resort’s uniform while skiing/riding at Gunstock.
