Open to Level III Members in any discipline who have Children's Specialist 2 professional designation. The first day candidates will go through a skiing / snowboarding assessment. Candidates should be prepared to ski/ride all open trails and terrain. First day results will be posted and a cut made. This is necessary because there a limit to the number of people that can be fairly evaluated in teaching on the second day. Candidates should expect to coach peers in a variety of situations related to teaching kids, including off-piste and freestyle, as well as addressing behavioral challenges. Although it is not a requirement, it is strongly recommended for a candidate to be multi-discipline.
