What is a VIP discount?
A VIP discount is one which is offered to members by a PSIA-AASI affiliated resort. Members are extended the VIP discount when they present their membership card. Exemplary activities which are being offered by various participating resorts include discounts on lodging, resort owned restaurants, golf, water parks, adventure parks, fly fishing, tennis, and kids camp programs, etc. Basically, anything you would like to be sure our members are aware of!
Who can participate?
Any resort which is affiliated with the PSIA-AASI Eastern Division. Resorts affiliated with PSIA-AASI through the national office or another division can call us at (518) 452-6095.
What does a participating VIP Partner Resort gain by joining the program?
The program provides complimentary marketing of your year-round resort activities to the more than 11,000 active, vacation oriented members of PSIA-AASI East.
You will receive:
A listing on this new sortable, VIPrivileges Partner Savings Program page of our website which includes a link to your resort page, your phone number, and opens to a document which outlines the discounts you offer.
A logo designation on your on-line resort directory listing.
How will PSIA-AASI members know about the program and therefore the discounts we are extending to them?
11,000 members received this marketing piece with their membership card in October 2009.
11,000 members also received this Resource & Benefit card which highlights the program. This was also sent with their membership card in October 2009.
Each SnowPro newsletter will have an advertisement asking members to patronize participating resorts. The advertisement will be based on and similar to the mailed marketing piece.
The VIP Partner Program can be accessed from the Snowsports School & Resort Directory page and event schedule page of our site as well as from the Member Services/Member Benefits area.
