ADVERTISING INFO - this is the summary of all types of advertising we offer. Included within are pricing details and deadline dates for SnowPro issues, etc.
ORDER FORM FOR PRINT ADS - this is the contract you need to accompany a print advertising order.

PLEASE NOTE:
This form is in Microsoft Word format. It can be filled out electronically, or printed and faxed.
When you open a form, the first fill-in area will be highlighted - just begin typing.
You may use the space bar OR the mouse button to insert or remove an "x" in the check boxes.
Use the TAB key OR arrow keys to advance from field to field.
Be sure to use the SAVE AS feature and save to your own computer, otherwise the file could end up in your "temp" folder.
